We recommend trying the NON-Spring loaded ones first. If you have issues with dough sticking we will include a discount code for the spring-loaded ones. Designs of shapes are EXACTLY the same, only difference is one includes springs and a plate to eject the cookies after cutting.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 different types of heads

1. Regular - Not spring loaded. These DO NOT eject the dough when cut
2. Spring loaded - These patent-pending heads have springs and a push plate inside EACH head that will eject the dough when cut
